We offer room accommodation in our main building, in the annex built in 2008 and in the sauna cabin built in 2017. Our room accommodation includes ready-made beds, towels, hair-dryers and a cleaning service after your stay. Most rooms have a cooking recess nearby. Both buildings also include drying rooms for wet or snowy clothes and equipment.
Main Building
Our main building has two single rooms, three double rooms – one with an option for an additional bed – and one four-person apartment with a kitchen. Most rooms have individual showers and bathrooms.
Annex
Our annex has a separate, comfortable combined living room and kitchen as well as seven double rooms. Each room has an individual shower and bathroom.
The Sauna Cabin
The sauna cabin has one double room that is used for accommodation mainly in summertime. The adjacent sauna has a eco toilet and showers.
The Kuikkalehto Cabin
The Kuikkalehto Cabin is located about 5 km from the Wildlife Center by Lake Pieni Syrjäjärvi. The cabin has two bedrooms with two beds each and a combined living room and kitchen, which was remodeled in 2017. The living room/kitchen has a dining table, a fireplace and a convertible sofa. The cabin has electricity but no running water. Water can be pumped from the well outside or carried from the lake for washing purposes. You can also take drinking water with you from the Wildlife Center.
A composting toilet is in a separate outhouse. The lakeside sauna has a small room with a heater and a convertible sofa. The grill shelter in the yard is at your disposal, and so are the rowboat and life-vests that are kept at the cabin.
In the kitchen, you are free to use the fridge with freezer compartment as well as the dishes, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The cabin is supplied with duvets and pillows, but you can either bring your own linen and towels or rent them at the Wildlife Center. A cleaning service after your stay is not included in the price, but you can purchase it separately.
